Raw Milk: Deerfield Farm Raw Milk is state licensed. Raw Milk is straight from the cow and bottled daily. It is not pasteurized or homogenized. The cream rises to the top. Just shake and enjoy. Yogurt: Several times per week we make fresh yogurt with the cream on top. It comes in plain and vanilla or strawberry flavors. Our yogurt contains live active cultures including Probiotic cultures. Packaged in quart sized containers and 8 oz. single serves.

Fresh White Cheese: Our Fresh White Cheese is smooth and creamy. It lends itself wonderfully to spreading on crackers, a sandwich, bagel, crumbling into a salad, or adding to an omelette. Try one of the four varieties of our soft cheese: Garlic w/Chive, Dill, Red Pepper, & Cilantro w/Sundried Tomato.
Chocolate Milk: Rich and creamy made with Premium Dutch Cocoa & Pure Vanilla! Available in gallon, 1/2 gallon, quart, and pint sizes.
Gelato: This is Italy's version of ice cream. Gelato is made with whole milk and has a lower fat content than ice cream. Having less air in it gives it a creamier texture and intensifies the flavors. Deerfield Farm Gelato is made by 80 Lick's ice cream of Durham with 100% Deerfield Farm milk. Single serve cups and Pints are available. Flavors: Pumpkin, Chocolate Hazelnut, Coconut, & Wild Fruit. Flavors change with the seasons.
